When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

Email address — so we can respond to your enquiry
Project type & description — to understand what you need

This data is sent directly to our email via SMTP and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

2.2 Language Preference Cookie

We set a single functional cookie (nawh_lang) to remember the language you choose (English or Portuguese). This cookie:

Contains only the value en or pt
Expires after 1 year
Contains no personal information and cannot be used for tracking
Is not shared with any third party

2.3 Server Logs

Our web server automatically records standard technical information including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. This is used solely for security monitoring and server maintenance, and is not used to identify individual users.
